Health and Support Services for the Twin Cities and Minnesota

Since 2007, Global Health Link has provided a unique type of health care in the the Twin Cities region and throughout Minnesota. We offer a broad range of innovative solutions for various forms of disabilities, often with Medicaid, Minnesota Medical Assistance, and other government programs funding our services.

Our Vision for Health and Community-Based Services in Minnesota

United States law gives people with disabilities the right to receive the service they need in the most integrated setting possible. At Global Health Link, we go so far as to see this as a human right. Integrated settings mean being at your own home and integrated into a larger, diverse community. Our many programs are designed to prevent institutionalization such as having to move into a nursing home, to maximize independence, to improve health and safety, and to help our clients maintain a good quality of life.

We take a multi-disciplinary approach to delivering a range of innovative services. We strive to make many of these services as accessible as possible in the Twin Cities and the rest of Minnesota by working with private pay, Medicaid, Minnesota Medical Assistance, Social Security, and other payors.

PCA Choice

Get paid to be a family caregiver. Our senior clients can choose their own caregiver, even if that's family or friends. When seniors need help at home with activities of daily living, government programs pay up to 100% for caregivers to work at their homes and out-and-about.

Personal Care Assistance (PCA)

When seniors and other adults need help at home, Medical Assistance (Minnesota Medicaid) pays Global Health Link to send our highly qualified personal care aides.

Housing Stabilization Services (HSS)

Government program to help people with particular needs find and keep housing.

CFSS Consultation Services

Similar to PCA Choice, the CFSS waiver is supportive of clients choosing their own helpers, and is a way for family caregivers to get paid. This flexible program has more of a focus on maximizing independence, with clients increasingly directing their own services.

Relocation Services

Case management to help people who want to move out of institutions and back into their communities.

Integrated Community Supports (ICS)

We provide apartments and multi-family housing to adults and provide support and training for adults with needs arising from developmental disabilities, brain injury, and other disabilities. In-home support is available up to 24 hours.
