Global Health Link provides a 24-hour emergency assistance program, for clients with BI, CAC, CADI and DD waivers. This service allows a professional to respond to the needs of an individual 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

This service includes:

On-call counseling, problem solving due to a health or personal emergency that is not related to an injury or immediate danger
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without delay
Triage and support to 911/988 assistance
Coordination with support team and other providers
Development of self advocacy skills
