Global Health Link provides a 24-hour emergency assistance program, for clients with BI, CAC, CADI and DD waivers. This service allows a professional to respond to the needs of an individual 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
This service includes:
On-call counseling, problem solving due to a health or personal emergency that is not related to an injury or immediate danger
Service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week without delay
Triage and support to 911/988 assistance
Coordination with support team and other providers
Since 2007, Global Health Link has provided services to the Twin Cities region with a different kind of healthcare. Our mission is the overall wellness of our clients. We do this through various Medicaid and Minnesota programs that enable us to provide service at no cost or very low costs in our diverse communities. Programs include plans and waiver services such as PCA, ICS, HCBS, CFSS, Assisted Living, Mental Health, and more.
